That’s how you ascend up the high mountains. Apart from providing a wonderful experience of driving through these daring paths, they also serve as a great view to behold. This is the road leading to the Nathu La pass from Gangtok. All the roads in this grueling terrain at locations as high as 14000 feet above the sea-level have been constructed by the Border Roads Organisation, a wing of the Indian Army.
