Situated in the Agra Fort premises, the Musamman Burj is a wonderful piece of architecture built by Shahjahan bewteen 1631-40. This hall provides a most exotic view of the Taj Mahal across the Yamuna. Shahjahan was kept as a prisoner by his son Aurangzeb during the last years of his life, in this very compartment.
