Munnar is the hill town in Kerala, known for its beautiful tea estates. Located at an elevation of about 1300 meters, it offers breathtaking views of the Western Ghats, most of which are covered with Tea Plantations. There is a good number of Tea Estates which offer tours to the full tea processing plant. Also, unlike most other hill stations, Munnar has very good roads, a with a full 4-land National Highway passing through it, which makes driving through the city even more memorable!
